Making Key Field Changes to a Transmitted Assessment

Review of Advantage Outcome Reports:
The PPS Outcome Reports provides home health agencies with summary reports run on a monthly basis in a preview mode. This reporting tool provides comparisons of the outcomes performance of an individual agency to the performance of other agencies (customers) in the Health Systems Solutions (HSS) database. These reports are generated from the OASIS information sent to HSS from our customers. Agencies can identify areas in which they excel and highlight areas for improvement. This will allow an agency the ability to build a focused plan for improvement.
